Easter Blessings...

It was a great Easter! We spent time with family, ate a lot, but most importantly we took time to focus on and to share with the kids what a wonderful thing our heavenly father was willing to do for us so that we could spend eternity in heaven with him if we are just willing to believe!

Here is the pecan pie I made. A little too dark around the crust!...

Here is the Lemon Meringue Pie I made. Impressive, No?...

Kane-man and his Daddy. Aren't they sweet...

Me and my man...

Ruthie and her daddy. So sweet!...

Lookin' pretty in her Sunday best...

Our little family of 4...

Nolan's side of the family after church...

My side of the family after church...

It was a great day! And I am so thankful for my family and the chance to get to spend such a blessed day with them! God is Awesome!

Kasey,
your family is beautiful! glad you had a great Easter.

Lemon meringue is my absolute favorite. My grandma always made them for me before she died. They were so good. I wish she would have taught me how to make hers.
Yours looks really, really good. Box it up and ship it my way. ha!

I Love your sassy short do! Has is grown on hubby yet?

I'm a pretty good cook and I love to bake. Can I just tell you that the new recipe I tried, pecan crusted key lime pie, was the absolute worst thing I have EVERR put in my mouth. I'm thinking of making it again to use as punishment for two smart mouthed little girls!

I demand an Easter re-do!

Glad you had such a blessed day!

Thanks for stopping by.....and for not pointing out that even though I mastered Mr. Linky, I had not actually done a post.

My Friend Making Monday turned into Tuesday, but I did it and am very much looking forward to many more Mondays to come!!!

Great Easter pics, Kasey! I'm impressed you baked the desserts. I got off the hook this year and didn't have to bring ANYTHING to my in-laws!! They told me not to. It felt so good. However, we did take home most of the leftover ice cream cake. They forced it on us... ;)
