Blogging with Balance- is it possible?

It's been a while.

I have no excuse other than I just didn't want to worry with it.

I have this thing that when fun things start to feel more like work- they stop being fun.

This was the case.

It's a pattern. I enjoy lots of things...cosmetology, crafting, cooking, running, aerobics- All things I love, but when done too much or for money- become more like work and then not fun anymore.

Am I alone in this?

Anyhoo- I like blogging- it's a good outlet, but can it be done with balance?

Surely.

I hope so.

I guess I can try and see.

So here I go- trying and seeing...

I was surprised to see your blog pop up! Good to see you again Kasey! I just read you are training for a marathon! That is awesome! YOU can do it...no doubt!

Balance with blogging...I'm sure there is, but I'm having a hard time balancing anything right now!

I have just about the same issue! Though I love love reading your blog, i understand what you are saying, work is no fun! chores are no fun, things forced are not enjoyable! So blog when you wanna blog!! and dont when you dont! i wish i did more, cause i do love it, but instead i just read the blogs...and enjoy them, and think, maybe i will blog this week!

YAY!!! So excited to see you pop up on my blogroll- just blog when you feel like it - no pressure if you don't get to it routinely! We will still love you!!

I'd love to hear from you again, Kasey! I definitely hear what you are saying about finding balance between life and blogging...and still making it fun! I only blogged 33 times last year...a lot happened in 2010 and I just didn't have time. Hopefully I'll be back into the swing of things for 2011. :)

Hi Kasey! I'm in the same boat! It just became so much work, that I would get tired thinking about posting, and visiting. I was pretty sporadic last year.

But I miss it. I miss telling my stories and the friends I've made, so I decided to try it again - like you, with balance!

Welcome back!
