Good luck!!!!! So good for your heart, health, and mind.
Great idea. I totally agree with you on the importance of exercising. Right now I try to workout 5-6 days a week. 3 days I walk and the other 3 days I swim laps at the pool. I just love the pool, Trey and I both get to play and workout together at the same time.
